The Financial Services Division is responsible for strategic financial planning, accounting and financial reporting. They additionally provide services related to financial forecasting and planning, budget development and administration, financial reporting, general accounting, payroll, and debt management.

Welcome from the Chief
As we ring in the new year, it's a great opportunity to reflect on where we are and where we are going. Reflecting on 2024, I am proud to share the progress Clackamas Fire has made in fulfilling our commitment to enhancing seivice levels across our communities. With your help and belief in us, we achieved significant milestones this year. Thanks to the levy, we increased staffing at seven community fire stations (Stations 1, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 19) and transitioned Station 13 to 24/7 staffing. This "wall-to-wall" seivice-level improvement strategy has enabled us to better seive the cities of Gladstone, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, Oregon City, and Sandy, as well as the unincorporated areas of Clackamas County, including Beavercreek, Boring, Clackamas, Clarkes, and Damascus. These enhancements represent our unwavering dedication to providing responsive and reliable emergency seivices to every comer of our district. Looking ahead to 2025, I am thrilled to announce that effective January 1, we have implemented a quick response unit, Rescue 301, which will seive portions of Happy Valley, Milwaukie, and some areas of unincorporated Clackamas County. Additionally, we look forward to opening Station 12 in the Logan community this summer with 24/7 staffing, demonstrating our focus on quick response and enhanced wildfire protection.
